On being an ongoing action game lover, the day the newest version of Pixel Gun 3D was launched in the online arena of games, I installed it on my Android device. On being a video action game, Pixel Gun 3D consists of innumerable sound effects. It was due to the realistic sound effects of things like bomb blasts and bullets coming from guns that helped me to remain involved with the game. However, in addition to the sound effect factor, things like the control settings, graphics, and the story content of the game were the other reasons behind my involvement in the game.
On entering the game, the first thing that I noticed was the map of the game. This comprised of innumerable locations but not all locations were accessible for me as I was a beginner. Nevertheless, of the locations that were unlocked for me, I chose one and my digital character was set in it. Once my digital character was set in the location that I chose for it, I analyzed the place and it looked absolutely realistic to me. During this time it felt as if it was not my digital character but me that was standing on the battlefield, ready to attack all the zombies that were going to come on my way.
Using the game’s control and navigation system was like a kid’s play for me. As I kept on playing the game I got familiar with most its traits and features. However, using the game’s characteristics to plan strategies was a little difficult for me. But as I got acquainted with the moves of the other players, I was able to use the game’s features to plan my own strategies and use them systematically in the game to overcome the opponents. On using the features of Pixel Gun 3D to plan strategies to destroy the enemies, I felt like a responsible battalion that to destroy all its enemies had to plan successful strategies.
As I leveled up in the game, the locations on the map that were locked for long, kept unlocking. Thus, alongside visiting the different areas just to catch a glimpse of how each battlefield in every different location looked, I also visited the inventory of the game. This section of the game consisted of a variety of weapons. For me, this section of the game gave me the feeling of entering a real weapon arena in an actual battlefield. Each weapon in the inventory displayed its own set of properties, going through which I realized that the weapons of the game are like the real weapons of a battlefield, each comprises of a specialty and a unique method of use.
Last but not the least, alongside the graphics and various aspects of the game that led me to spend time in playing it, without any stoppage, the gift box was a perk that motivated me to play the game. As a user, I always wanted a reward after completing a level in the game, and a perk is exactly what I got after that. After gaining victory in a level of the game, the game rewarded me with a gift box that contained something special that came handy to me in some part or the other of the game. On the whole, the game offered both trill and joy to me and all the factors of the game helped me to have a realistic experience from a non-realistic world.
