10th Anniversary Parade of Champions Auction Accoyo Norte Center Hillsboro, OR

Don't miss this year's 10th Anniversary Parade of Champions at the Accoyo Norte Center in Hillsboro, Oregon. 85 lots of champion quality suris and huacayas will be offered including many full Accoyo and Color Champions.
Anniversary festivities begin with a River Boat Cruise and dinner Thursday evening. On Friday the 4th, we'll have seminars, wine tasting and a Pacific Northwest Salmon Barbecue. The Parade of Champions Auction begins at 1PM Saturday.

Western New York Alpaca Show Empire City Farms Cuba, NY

The show and festival will be held at the beautiful historic Empire City Farms in Cuba, NY on July 12 and 13 2008. This weekend is a busy one in Cuba, as it is reunion weekend, so we are anticipating the potential for significant public attendance. In addition to the AOBA certified show, there will also be a fiber festival celebrating fiber, fiber artistry, and handcrafted workmanship that will be taking place at the same location during the weekend.
This event will include a Shorn Halter Show, Fleece Show, and Fiber Festival.
The halter and performance classes will be outdoors under tents. 2- 60x160’ tents with 8’x10’ panel stalls for alpacas and 1 tent for the show rings and 1 tent for the Fiber Arts Festival. Electricity and water will be available to all participants (extra fee for electricity).
The fleece show will be housed inside the big barn.
Other events planned include: a “Fiber Festival” with artisans, education seminars, photo contest, product display; Meet-n-Greet reception on Fri. night with pizza and drinks provided; A silent herdsire auction and a raffle with unique items from individual farm donations. ABWNY will also be hosting a “farm store” and will be selling a wide variety of end products from member farms. Plenty of parking will be provided for farm attendees and public. A $2 donation is requested for parking to support the Cuba Architect foundation.
