Using The FarmMedley.com Site
At FarmMedley.com, our goal is to provide you with the best possible customer service and to make your visit
one to remember. It is our duty to make purchasing products and placing ads as easy and quick as possible so that you may have

The first step is to click one of the
Post Ad links located in both the User Menu to the left and in the
top right corner of the site.

Click on the category image for the category you would like your
ad to be placed in. Note - you may change the category in
which your ad is placed when you edit your ads in My Account.

If you have an account and you've already logged in to your account during your current visit, you will be directed to the next step, creating your ad details.
If you have an account and you haven't already logged in, you will be prompted to login to your
account. If you don't already have an account, you may create one by clicking the register link.

Enter your ad details. One helpful tip, be specific. Giving shoppers
as much detail about your animal(s), supplies, or equipment as possible will help to increase
the likelihood of selling your animal(s), supplies, or equipment.

Select the ad package for the ad you are placing. There are two types of ads, Basic, and Featured. The details of each type of ad package can be found
at the beginning of the ad placement process, and immediately following the ad details step. Please note that all ads run as long as you wish, there is no expiration date. There is no charge for re-listing an ad, so you will only be charged once when you place the ad.

Next, enter your billing information if you are placing an ad that requires payment. We will attempt to find the address listed in your account if you have created one. This address will appear on the billing information screen so you don't have to enter it. You will also have the option of
using a second address strictly for billing purposes. Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover as forms of payment.

The next step will be to review your ad details and billing information (if applicable) for the ad you would like to place. Once you are satisfied, you may click Submit or Purchase to complete the ad placement process.

Upon completing the ad placement process, your ad will be reviewed and approved, and you will be able to upload up to 5 photos for the ad you just placed.
The approval process may take up to 12 hours, but we will make every attempt to get your ad listed as quickly as possible.

The site has been divided into categories by animal, supply, or equipment type. Once you have identified
the category you wish to browse, click one of the category links located in the horizontal
bar towards the top of the site.

You may also click the "Browse All Categories" located to the right of the category links mentioned
above to view all possible categories available.

Upon clicking the link for the category you have chosen, you will be brought to a category detail page
showing all animal(s), supplies, or equipment found in that category. You may sort the animal(s), supplies, or equipment shown by clicking on the header
links in the animal(s), supplies, or equipment results grid view. To view an ad, click the title link in the animal(s), supplies, or equipment
results grid view.

You may view ads by navigating to the any category detail page and clicking
on the Title link of any ad in the animal(s), supplies, or equipment results grid.

When the animal(s), supplies, or equipment ad is displayed, you will notice that you have a number of options for that ad.

Respond to Ad - You may send a response email to the owner of the ad for requesting further information
or arrangement of sale/purchase activities.

Send Ad as Email - If you feel that ad is worth bringing to someone's attention, you may send the ad details in an email to the recipient(s)
of your choice by completing the form displayed below the Ad view.

Add to Favorites - Ads that catch your eye, or interest you may be saved for later viewing. Simply click "Add to Favorites" and the Ad
will be saved in you My Account "Favorites" section.

We have also providing options for browsing other animal(s), supplies, or equipment from an ad view
including browsing for other items found in the current category, and searching for other items
posted by the owner of the ad you are currently viewing.

Updating Your Farm/Business

Anyone who purchases a membership will be allowed to showcase a farm or business of their choice in the Farmedley Farm/Business Directory. Upon completion of the Farm/Business membership purchase process, you will
have the opportunity to upload a logo, upload a photo, and enter details related to your farm or business.

Activate - When you feel your farm/business is ready to be shown to all, you may place a check in this checkbox to indicate you wish to display your farm/business in the FarmMedley.com Farm/Business Directory. You may uncheck this box to hide your farm/business from the directory results.

Logo - You may upload 1 logo to display for your farm/business. Follow the instructions for adding and removing a logo. Remember, the optimal pixel size for a logo is 200 w X 60 h, and images must be of type .gif, .jpg, or .jpeg.

Photo - You may upload 1 photo to display for your farm/business. Follow the instructions for adding and removing a photo. Remember, the optimal pixel size for a photo is 200 w X 160 h, and images must be of type .gif, .jpg, or .jpeg.

Details - Complete all details for your farm/business. Use the description field to tell us about your farm or business.

Once all checked or unchecked Activate, uploaded your images, and entered all details, you may click the "Update My Farm/Business" to save all changes. If you do not wish to save the changes you have made, click "Cancel" or simply navigate to another page.
